Create a .tool-versions file

elixir 1.7.4-otp-21
nodejs 10.15.0

• Run asdf install to install elixir and nodejs as mentioned in .tool-versions file

Install Phoenix

• mix archive.install hex phx_new 1.4.0
• mix phx.new –version

Create Phoenix Application

• mix phx.new activity_streams
• mix deps.get
• cd assets && npm install && node node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js –mode development
• mix ecto.create
• iex -S mix phx.server
